SALES CONSULTANTS
Our Sales teams are usually the first point of contact with our clients. We are currently recruiting additional team members to join this busy department.
Working within a call centre environment, answering incoming calls, it is imperative that our Consultants have exceptional standards of customer service, good Cruise industry knowledge and a strong travel background. We are able to train and enhance Cruise knowledge through our intensive induction programme and structured training.
We are currently expanding our Sales teams and are keen to receive details from experienced Sales professionals with a passion for the travel industry.
Travel/ Cruise industry experience is advantageous.
Our Sales Consultants work a ‘7 in 14’ shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. (Average 34.5hrs per week).
