CLIENT SERVICES ASSISTANTS
Our Client Services department are the front line in assisting our clients; allaying any fears and overcoming any troubles or doubts to ensure our clients embark on their holiday assured that they will have the best possible experience, or resolving a client query upon their return.
We are currently recruiting for additional Client Services Assistants within our Client Services teams, handling either ‘pre-cruise’ or ‘post-cruise’ client correspondence and queries, providing resolution along with the highest standards of Customer Service.
Applicants should:
- Be customer focused, efficient, flexible and enthusiastic.
- Have a professional and reassuring telephone manner, and preferably experienced in handling high call volumes or correspondence.
- Have proven experience within a travel industry environment, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Have the ability to work within a team.
- Possess strong computer, organisational and communication skills.
- Be committed to providing exceptional standards of service to clients and able to work within a high profile customer service environment.
- Experience within a travel agency, tour operator or a call centre environment are advantageous.
The Client Services Department work a 3 week shift rota which includes shifts covering between 9am-6pm Monday – Saturday. (F/T 37.5 hours per week)
