Q. Is it possible to choose my ROL Cruise Club Consultant?
A. Of course, if you have spoken to a member of the ROL Cruise Club Reservations team and would like to continue to liaise with them for all aspects of your cruise booking, then please inform us.
Q. What does my ‘immediate family’ mean?
A. Your immediate family covers your partner, children and siblings. If you are a Solo Traveller it will also include your travel companion.
Q. How do I contact the ROL Cruise Club?
A. You can either call our Dedicated ROL Cruise Club Consultants on 0845 458 4598, call the ROL Cruise Club Manager on 0845 458 3450, or email: cruiseclub@readeroffers.travel
Q. Do you limit how many members the ROL Cruise Club has?
A. Yes, we limit it to an acceptable amount, enabling us to deal with all our members as quickly and efficiently as possible and in a personalised manner.
Q. What if I would like to recommend a friend to join?
A. Just contact the ROL Cruise Club Manager, following the instructions in the ‘Recommend a Friend Reward Scheme’ to ensure you receive your complimentary £50 per cabin onboard spend. Click here for more details.
Q. Will my membership fee increase in the future?
A. We will guarantee to retain your membership fee at the same level for 5 years from time of joining.
Q. Is it possible to make an appointment to visit the ROL offices to discuss my cruise?
A. Of course. However, to ensure your ROL Cruise Club Consultant is available, it is necessary to book an appointment in advance.
Q. If a member is based overseas can they still receive all the benefits?
A. Yes, membership is very useful to overseas passengers who might cruise out of the UK due to the advantages of accommodation and transport. We will also send all exclusive offers and prior notice offers to all of our overseas members, as we would with all UK-based members
