Twiggy named as Seabourn Sojourn Godmother
The Yachts of Seabourn is delighted to announce that Twiggy is to be the Godmother of its newest yacht, Seabourn Sojourn, at a glamorous naming ceremony hosted on board on the River Thames Friday 4th June 2010.
ROL at the London Marathon
Jeremy Dickinson, ROL's newly appointed Managing Director, completed the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 25th March 2010 in a fantastic time of 5 hours and 50 minutes. He would like to thank everyone for all their support and good wishes and of course for sponsoring him in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre.
Fuel Supplement introduction
Following global increases in the price of fuel, P&O Cruises and Cunard Line will be introducing a fuel supplement for all new bookings made from 10 May 2010. The supplement will apply to all departures from 1 November 2010 across both of these brands.

Celebrity Eclipse Godmother named
Celebrity Cruises today announced the appointment of Emma Pontin, an inspirational UK yachtswoman, to serve as Godmother of Celebrity Eclipse, the third in a series of five stunning Solstice Class ships. Pontin will name the ship in Southampton on 24th April 2010.
Fred. Olsen celebrates 40 years of fundraising
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Royal National Lifeboat Institution at the charity’s annual presentation of awards at the Barbican Centre, London on 27 May 2010. Fred. Olsen and its passengers have loyally supported the RNLI for 40 years and is the charity’s, and possibly the sector’s, longest running corporate partnership.

Azura was today handed over at a ceremony in Monfalcone, Italy. In a special ceremony attended by Carol Marlow, Managing Director, P&O Cruises and David Dingle, CEO, Carnival UK, Azura officially became the property of P&O Cruises.
